Abbey-Leigh Dawn Fouche started this store after years of watching good seafood lose its quality somewhere between the boat and the dinner table. Our answer is simple: freeze it properly, store it properly, and send it straight to you.
Our range is deliberately narrow: prawns, clams, oysters and reef fish. Each line is chosen because it freezes well and cooks well, not because it fills a catalogue. We are a small Queensland seafood business working out of Gracemere, packing frozen prawns, shellfish and fish for households and home cooks across Australia.
How we handle your order
Seafood is packed with gel ice in insulated liners, labelled with the species and net weight, and dispatched with tracking. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivery is estimated at 7 to 14 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

Frozen at the right moment, seafood keeps the texture and flavour that fresh fish loses after a day in a display case. It also means we can ship from Gracemere to any Australian address without asking you to be home at a particular hour.
